Shipping & Delivery Policy
- We want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We have partnered with the best shipping companies in India to ensure that your product reaches you on time and in the best conditions.
- We ship your orders within 2 working days for ready-made generic goods. For custom made products the time will be communicate to you with order confirmation.
- Delivery times for all orders will be communicated in order confirmation emails sent to you. Or will be as per mutually agreed timelines as per our discussion before the order is placed.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with product to product.
Most of the products on the website have free shipping above a certain order value. If not, the charges applicable are shown during the check out in the cart. The free shipping is only applicable when the products are shipped via the standard mode of the shipment. In case of any express shipping or special shipping requirement, extra charges are applicable.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- Product's availability with us
- The destination to which you want the order shipped to and kind of customizations required.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for different product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
Ace Craft does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pin code on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
If you haven't provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
If the pin code shows no delivery at your location, you can still check with our customer agent and we can help you with delivery in that location.
Does Ace Craft deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver products globally.
For delivery outside India, the shipping charges are applicable. Once you place the order, the customer agent will check the volumetric weight and will give you the quotation on the same. We take quotations from multiple vendors and try to give you the best possible rates.
The shipping charges will be calculated on volumetric or Actual weight whichever is higher.
Once, the payment is done for the same, the products will be shipped immediately. The delivery time line will be mailed accordingly.
